Personality : An avid "Arnie" worshipper, Mortimer has managed to collect a large video library to his Austrian Action God. He can probably recite any "Arnie" movie backwards if he put his mind to it. Mortimer is not very bright, but he's strong, fast and very proud of it. He loves guns, he loves protecting those weaker than himself, and will do almost anything in the name of good. He's loyal to a fault and tends to over-do almost everything.
History : Mortimer was created by a faction in Germany wishing to start World War III with Germany ruling by the end of it. They created the super-warrior but were disgusted when their super-warrior turned out to be a "bleeding heart." He refused to kill for their cause.
The faction gained some hostages and then used the children against Mortimer to perform their goals. Oddball found out and helped Mortimer escape his creaters and rescue the children. (And of course they had absolutely nothing to do with the faction's base blowing up -- officially.)
Oddball took Mortimer back to Canada with him, giving him a purpose he could live with.. Serving the Canadian Military. He finds Oddball a good friend, if moody and considers her almost a little sister.
He spends a good chunk of his time teaching self-defense classes and watching "Arnie" movies when not on missions with Oddball.
When Max entered the picture, Mort was jealous at first, he thought he was losing his best friend, but as time wore on, it showed that Max was just an addition to the team, not Mort's replacement. Mort is fond of Max and is glad Oddball is happy.
Mort is worried about the gried in Oddball's eyes that never seems to leave. He knows Max and Greebly know the cause, but neither will tell him. He has yet to find the bribe to get Greeb to spill the beans.
